Vacancy: Project Manager (PM)

Qualifications and skills

• 10 years of previous international professional experience in the provision of support to client organisations in the field of solid waste management investment;
• project management experience gained in countries with comparable industry conditions to Azerbaijan;
• project management and/or procurement experience in comparable projects;
• knowledge of procedures of international financial institutions, such as the EBRD, World Bank, EIB or ADB (preferable); and
• proficiency in written and spoken English..

Role in the assignment:

The PM shall be responsible for overall project management. All key experts will report to the PM and the PM shall act as a sole point of contract and single source of responsibility on behalf of the Consultant’s team.
