Vacancy: Non-Key Experts including social specialists in

-           Labour and Health & Safety;

-           Stakeholder Engagement.

Qualifications and skills

• For Social Specialists, minimum B.Sc. degree in the respective social disciplines, including labour management, occupational health & safety or similar;
• At least 5 years of social assessments/studies, including labour management and health & safety assessments/studies equivalent to to EBRD PRs 2 & 4, and stakeholder engagement to PR10;
• Specific experience in social and H&S requirements according to Local law;
• Past experience with EBRD E&S Performance Requirements, preferably in the implementation phase and in the same sector, particularly in labour issues management, in health and safety and in stakeholder engagement/ external grievance management, would be considered an advantage;
• proficiency in written and spoken English;

Role in the assignment:

The social (Labour and Health & Safety, Stakeholder Engagement) experts shall report to the PM and will be directly responsible for ensuring compliance with the respective area social responsibilities provided in the ESAP / ESMP and legal agreements.

In addition to the above, the experts shall be responsible for ensuring the contractors’ compliance with EBRD PR requirements on worksite while discharging his/her duties during contract supervision under

3.2.1.10 and 3.2.1.11 sub-clauses.
