Qualifications and skills

B.Sc. degree in civil engineering or similar. Preferably 5 years’ experience in public contracting and procurement for infrastructure in the waste sector. Theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of IFI (especially EBRD, WB and/or ADB) procurement rules. Theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of FIDIC conditions of contract in solid waste sector.
