Mission

CD Center's mission is to have empowered and developed communities in Azerbaijan capable to identify and address their own problems, make best use of their own and potentially available resources for the improvement of their own communities. Since its inception, CD Center makes best of its efforts to provide all possible supports to the Community Development practitioners, community members and their leaders to build up their skills, knowledge, attitudes and commitment so that they can perform their responsibilities effectively.
